Taurus – Payday! Barring any inherent predilection towards hardheadedness or foolhardiness, today, Taurus, you should be in command of financial power and the good sense to make excellent financial decisions. Tonight, money invested in “good times” should bear fruit. There is one little shadow cast upon the day, though: relationship troubles. This challenge is conquerable, however, and hinges on clear and honest communications.
Gemini – Yeah, today, you’re a freakin’ rock star! Don’t let it go to your head. What comes with rock stars? Critics. Everyone has them. They come out of the woodwork whenever one has the opportunity to soar above the clouds. You’re looking for a jealous, vindictive type. Once identified, carefully exclude them from the night’s festivities, and you’ll party like a rock star until tomorrow morning, if you like. If spoken for, love sizzles. If single, prepare to be surrounded by groupies.
Cancer – It feels good to be right, right? Feels even better when your whole world recognizes it! But if you want to have friends come morning, take your victory with a little humility, otherwise the day may end on a sour note. Tonight, somebody special is dying for your company. Leo – Lately, conflicts between family and professional obligations might seem to be a too-frequent theme. But you’re Leo! Not to say that a little bit of Leo goes a long way, but more like, your limitless dynamic solar energy can handle it all with aplomb. Roar. Got it? Put your paw down and tell the world that the job has first dibs on your time this morning, and friends and family get to bask in your leonine glow this afternoon and evening. Virgo – It’s Cinco de Mayo, but it looks like the stars want you focused on career, business matters and important issues like taxes and jointly held assets. (Or, maybe it’s nothing more than your role within your group’s activities tonight- like you’re elected to calculate the split on the check, or, perhaps, be the group’s designated driver.) In the case of all that heavy stuff, business negotiations may be a little complex, but time dedicated to this is likely to prove very beneficial for all parties, but especially for you. In other words, that deal you have been trying to pull together? This could be the day. Just remember Mercury’s retrograde motion and the potential for crossed lines in communications. The other party’s feelings getting hurt is about the only thing that can undo you today. Scorpio – Does it ever seem to you as though you spend more than your fair share of time having to compromise in order to keep the peace? Well, whether real or imagined, today is one of those days. It is likely that either your romantic or business partner (or both) wants to go one way, and you want to go the other. But before you go writing the day off as a lost cause, know this: the stars suggest that, with a little “compromise” here and there, you’ll look back on Cinco de Mayo 2023 with a big ol’ smile.
